Z: I know what will cheer you up! Let's watch "The Cove". I heard it's a nice film, about dolphins
Z: Let's test if Matei is still allergic to eggs by feeding him some cake!
Things which have made me laugh very hard indeed
A Turkish peanut shop

Matei's favourite choice of accessories: an adult's shoes (worn on the wrong feet, for extra styling) and my toiletries bag (which he has claimed as his very own dearest posession).

Wronge, but Charming
Matei tenderly stroking my knee and saying "My darling".
At what age does this cease being delightful and become inappropriate?
Documenting the Downfall of my Girlish Figure
14 weeks pregnancy belly. (The baby bump I'm sporting here* has essentially been around since Week 11, but hasn't changed in size. On the other hand, that stretchmark across my hip has been around since my last pregnancy. As for the piles of unsorted laundry, they have been there for Over A Week, Dear God, and are curently reaching Defcon level of Slovenliness and Shame).

* I am confident that this is a Baby Bump rather than Legacy of Holiday Eating, since thanks to First Trimester I have essentially been leading a bulimic lifestyle (if we stubstitute 'bigning' with 'attempts to eat normal meal').

We tested Daniel to see if he was still allergic (very slightly) to eggs by - feeding him egg!
Yes he was.
In our defence, it was the doctor's idea.
He's fine with cake though.
Anyway, here's to science and experimenting on our offspring
