Saddest Music in the World

Went to see a brilliant, brilliant, brilliant film yesterday with elethe, bluedevi and verlaine. It was called The Saddest Music in the World and it was the most gloriously funny and silly thing I've seen in ages, it was great(the sushi and nice conversation afterwards helped elevate the experience even more).

I cannot add anything to the review that elethe wrote in her post , so go look. :)

It has some really fabulous lines: Is he in a coma? Or just very, very sad? is probably one of my favourites.

I've loved it so much that I'm going to eventually shell out for a DVD.

I haven't been to the cinema for ages, the last good film I saw before that was The Station Agent which I highly reccomend(starring a midget, trains, and the forming of unlikely loves- excellent performances and some moments of genuinely good humour)

I hope it will be a fake Serbian DVD!

I missed The Station Agent, sadly - but you seem to have very good taste in odd films!

hehehehe. I doubt I would be so lucky, but I did used to have access to fake Serbian movie tickets.

Oooh BTW I realised upon arrival in my home that I had messed up the track listings for the music but I shall endavour to email the real thing to either you or bluedevi whose email I think I still have somewhere.

Let me know what you think of the alleged music when you';ve had a chance to listen to it.
