yes, nanji and I have made a baby and now I'm pimping it.

To give you an idea of the purpose of the community, I'm copying and pasting part of its user info but Nance explains it all beautifully in the first post.

hey, I don't think I'm going to join, because I don't think I would have anything good to contribute... but go read a short story by one of my favorite authors if you're looking for something good to read on the net.

I'm always looking for something good (and bad) to read on the net ;)
thanks for the link, I had a brief look and intend to read it fully when i get back from work.

You don't have to be a barrel of laughs a minute in order to make worthwhile contributions, you are intelligent and you are willing to think- if there were entry requirments that would cover it. ;)

If you're interested you can always just join and read (there's no obligation to post to it) and we are interested in good writings as well as bad. So if there's an author or a piece of work you particularly like and want to talk about this, then feel free to do so.

the fact that I tend to be inspired to eloquence by what I consider to be *bad* writings rather than good says more about my character than the community. ;)

Obviously, if you don't want to join because it's not your thing, that's perfectly all right.
But if you're staying away because you feel like you're not good enough then that's a different thing.
