Oh my goodness, if someone is reading this LJ right now and near access to a British television, and if you ar enot already doing so - then by all means tune in to Channel 4 and watch Spellbound.

It's captivating and gripping, and some of the dialogue has to be heard to be believed.
"Not all them Mexicans is tramps and low-lives. Some of them is nice people" [words of wisdom from Perryton, Texas]

The kids are fascinating viewing, and I'm enthralled by numbers of adults who are wearing white socks with black shoes.

On an unrelated note, I also have a badge entreating people to make atomickbrane a DJ, so you ought to do that too.

I saw Spellbound in the cinema... fabulous. So charming and compelling. Grown men were spelling words under their breath in the row behind me.

Isn't that a fascinating film? I've always felt somewhat intelligent- until I saw those children. And my spelling seems even more pathetic now.
